We may collect other information when you become our member such as gender, personal interests, general health conditions etc. We would be collecting information from Members only as required and the same will not be used for any other purpose.

  2. We will not retain personal information for a period longer than it is required, considering the purpose for which the information was collected. Members will have all rights to review and correct their information made available to us at any point in time.

  3. Information collected by us would be stored securely using appropriate state-of-the art technology, applications and protocols, with strict regulation around trust, safety and security as may be required by law.

However, we may engage third party service providers who may need part or all of your personal information only for the purpose of providing services on our behalf. They are expressly prohibited to share with anyone use your personal information for any other purpose.

  5. Members will have the right to withdraw consent with respect to any personal information provided to us, in light of which, we will no longer retain or store such information. In the event of any customer choosing to withdraw their consent, Care NG will have the right to refuse to provide any part or complete portion of their services to the customer.

  9. Members can withhold information or withdraw their consent for sharing of information at any point in time should they feel so. However, to comply with the law, we reserve our right to retain and or disclose information as may be obligated by law, or in response to duly authorized legal process or law enforcement authorities and as necessary to protect the rights and interests of Care NG Health.

  10. We cooperate with Government and law enforcement authorities to comply with the law. We may disclose information about you that we believe are necessary or appropriate to 1) enforce our terms of service 2) respond to claims or legal process 3) to stop any activity considered illegal or unlawful 4) as required in accordance with Government regulatory body.

To help serve better and to alleviate concerns and answer their questions if any in relation to data privacy and security, Care NG Health has a nominated Grievance Officer who can be contacted at the email ID provided in the “Contact Us” tab on the home page of the Website. Users and Members are encouraged to notify us of any grievances or concerns that they may have in relation to data privacy/security or the Website or the services that are being rendered.
